Replacing a rugged old York air conditioner with a brand new one.
This Brighton, NY customer had an old York air conditioner that just kept on running! This is one of the main reasons we exclusively work with York HVAC equipment to begin with. It is hard to beat their track record and reliability when properly installed.
This air conditioner was 30 years old when it decided it did not want to cool this Brighton NY home any longer. When the time came to replace it this family opted to have Mendon Heating & Cooling install a brand new 14.5 SEER air conditioning system to keep them comfortable for many more decades. The existing furnace remained in place, as there was nothing wrong with it, and we retrofitted this new air conditioning system right along with it. The lineset (piping connecting indoor and outdoor portions) was of course replaced for the new style refrigerant as well.
